The Club offers a variety of special event rooms and flexibility in menu and arrangements. Our culinary team will work with you to design a custom menu tailored to meet the specifications of your event.

Our professional staff is on hand to assist with every detail, from catering for themed events to audio-visual requirements for business meetings
and seminars.

As a private club, all non-member functions must be sponsored by a current member of the Dallas Athletic Club.

Our amenities, spacious Clubhouse, and professional service help make your meeting, big or small, highly productive, and successful.Our event staff has years of experience in hosting and organizing business meetings and corporate functions such as annual meetings, team-building sessions, and award galas. Along with engaging ambiance, we provide audio-visual equipment and wireless internet services that will contribute to the success of your meeting.

Venues

Our Royal Room overlooks our impressive golf courses creating a scenic, elegant, yet relaxed setting for events big and small.

The Oak Room provides the perfect atmosphere for a more intimate affair while the Terrace Room provides a more laid-back ambiance with a view of the pool.

Additional rooms include the Wine Room, Ladies Card Room, and a Conference Room for corporate functions.

Our rooms can accommodate events from as few as five to as many as 225 people.

All of our banquet areas are completely set up for all of your wireless technology. We have access to all the necessary audio-visual equipment to make your event or celebration a success.
